She brings more than 15 years of executive experience in safety, compliance, and operational leadership. Amber also serves on the IICRC Consensus Body, helping shape the standards followed across the biohazard and trauma cleanup industry nationwide. Her commitment to a human-centered approach drives the mission of providing exceptional, empathetic service to those in need.

​​Mo plays a vital role in managing operations at Crisis Clean Team, helping ensure every job is completed with care, professionalism, and efficiency. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and brings a background in public service, with experience in coordination, communication, and on-site execution. Mo supports the team by keeping projects organized and responsive while maintaining the standards our clients expect. Her steady leadership ensures every service is delivered with respect.

Brittany is the Operations Manager at Crisis Clean Team, known for her organization, reliability, and commitment to keeping operations running smoothly. With experience in project management and team leadership, she helps coordinate projects and ensure every job is handled efficiently and professionally. Brittany approaches each situation with attention to detail and clear communication, helping the team deliver consistent, high-quality service to every client across Minnesota!

​Henry is known for his reliability, positive attitude, and attention to detail on every job at Crisis Clean Team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and brings a strong, team-focused approach to each project he takes on. Henry has proudly served on a philanthropy committee supporting Children’s Hospital and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. He is dependable and committed to delivering high-quality service with professionalism and care for every client served each day.

​Molly is a dedicated member of the Crisis Clean Team, known for her calm presence, compassion, and professionalism on every job. With a background as an EMT and experience in healthcare, she brings a strong understanding of safety and supporting people during high-stress situations. Molly approaches each project with care and attention to detail, helping ensure every space is restored properly and respectfully. She takes pride in helping families move forward with peace of mind.

Jade is one of our supervisors and is known for staying calm under pressure while leading some of our most challenging projects with kindness and patience. She is a devoted mom of three who loves spending time with her family and traveling to Florida. She thrives in finding creative solutions that help clients overcome what can feel impossible at times.  From hoarding situations to biohazard cleanups, Jade brings confidence, compassion, and thoughtful leadership to every project.

Morgan is one of our supervisors and brings years of experience in both cleaning and caring for others. She has an incredible eye for detail and a talent for finding creative ways to maximize even the smallest spaces. Known for her cheerful personality and can-do attitude, Morgan approaches every project with positivity and compassion. She is dedicated to making sure every client feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for from the moment we arrive until the job is complete.

Jasmin is one of our supervisors and combines compassion, creativity, and an incredible work ethic in everything she does. With a background in assisted living, she understands the importance of treating every person with dignity and respect. Fluent in both English and Tagalog, she loves transforming challenging spaces through cleaning and organization. Jasmin is committed to making sure every client feels heard, supported, and leaves with a five-star experience, always. 

Casey has a passion for cleaning (the most challenging spaces), organizing, and creating meaningful transformations in a home. With a background in education and experience supporting children with high needs, she brings patience, understanding, and compassion to every project. She enjoys tackling challenging spaces and finds great satisfaction in helping homes become clean, welcoming, and functional again. Casey is committed to making every client feel comfortable and supported.

Sofia brings compassion, positivity, and professionalism to every job at Crisis Clean Team. Currently pursuing a nursing degree, she is dedicated to healthcare and passionate about supporting others during difficult situations. Sofia approaches each project with care and attention to detail, helping ensure clients feel respected and supported throughout the process. Her long-term goal is to become a nurse practitioner and continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

With more than 15 years of caregiving experience, Callyn brings compassion, patience, and professionalism to every job at Crisis Clean Team. Her calm and steady presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and respected. Callyn approaches each project with attention to detail and a strong commitment to doing the job the right way. She takes pride in helping restore homes and environments with care, ensuring every space is cleaned thoroughly and treated with dignity.

Kyah brings creativity, compassion, and an incredible heart to every project. An artist and tattoo artist outside of work, she has a natural eye for detail and loves finding thoughtful, creative solutions that help transform a space. One of the kindest people you'll ever meet, Kyah genuinely cares about every client she serves. She takes personal ownership of making sure every person feels supported, respected, and leaves knowing they were cared for every step of the way. 

Monique is known for her caring heart that is felt by everyone in her presence, an incredible work ethic, and the willingness to go above and beyond each and eery time. Deeply devoted to her family and a lifelong animal lover, she approaches every home without judgment and with genuine compassion. No project feels too overwhelming for Monique. She takes pride in helping clients regain comfort, safety, and peace of mind through thoughtful, thorough service.

Emily brings a calm, reassuring presence to every project. With a background as a Direct Support Professional, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with patience and compassion, which is felt instantly. An animal lover and a dog mom, Emily loves cleaning, organizing, bringing new life to space, and helping transform homes into spaces that feel peaceful and manageable again. Her gentle nature helps clients feel comfortable from the moment she arrives.

Josi brings a calm, steady presence to every home she enters. Growing up in a family deeply involved in adult day services, she developed a lifelong appreciation for helping others with compassion, understanding, and an incredible amount of patience. She enjoys playing softball and staying involved in her community, with family and friends. No situation rattles Josi, and clients quickly appreciate her patient, reassuring approach and genuine desire to help.

Hailey is passionate about helping others and has spent much of her career serving people with compassion. As a mom who spends her weekends serving as a PCA, caring for others is simply part of who she is. She loves cooking (and is absolutely wonderful at it!), cleaning, and creating spaces that feel calm, comfortable, and welcoming. Hailey's kind heart and thoughtful approach help every client feel respected, supported, and cared for throughout the entire process.

Beth specializes in deep cleaning and takes pride in bringing neglected, or difficult, spaces back to life, even when it may seem impossible initially. Recently engaged, she approaches every project with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for serving others. Beth enjoys tackling challenging homes and is committed to delivering exceptional results while helping every client feel cared for, comfortable, and proud of their space once again.

Liz combines creativity, patience, and compassion in every project she takes on. With a background in assisted living, she has a deep understanding of the unique challenges many of our clients face. Her artistic eye, calm demeanor, and gentle spirit help her create organized, welcoming spaces while ensuring every client feels respected, understood, and supported throughout the process.

He is also a surgical technologist at a Level 1 trauma facility, bringing experience in high-stakes environments where safety and precision are critical. Enrique approaches each project with care and respect, helping ensure every space is restored thoroughly and responsibly.
